 AGM REPORT

At the general meeting of CEMA (Club des Entrepreneurs Monégasques en Afrique) on February 19, President Frédéric GEERTS and General Secretary Denis RUYANT presented the results of the previous three years' activities.

This gave rise to a review of the annual programs, organized in open architecture with the MEB:

- Numerous meetings, members' meetings, speakers, country ambassadors' meetings, regional focuses, etc.

- Mebinaires (Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Benin, Madagascar, Malawi ...)

- Editions I and II of Africa Day in Monaco, now a benchmark event in the Principality. 

- Various international missions: to Djibouti, the port of Antwerp and Gent-Zeebrugge. 

Other highlights include

- Communications development (new website, press relations, LinkedIN events) 

- Intensification of partnerships (MEB, FEDEM, CIAN, CBL, EBCAM). 

After unanimous approval of the actions undertaken and the annual accounts, the directors confirmed and elected the members of the executive committee:

Mr Patrick LECOY, General Secretary 

Mr Jean-Marc PORCEDDU, Treasurer 

Ms Laurence GENEVET, external consultant in charge of communications 

Special thanks to Denis RUYANT, who is handing over to Patrick LECOY as General Secretary.
